This eLearning course is designed to compliment and accompany the in-person programme Bias Interruption: From Awareness to Action - An evidence-informed WorldHost programme designed to help teams recognise, manage, and track bias in real-world decisions.
Course overview
This eLearning content contains four bite-sized, 10-minute digital microlearning modules that introduce key concepts in engaging, interactive formats designed to fit into the flow of work. The content draws on WorldHost’s proven strengths in learner engagement and practical skills development, using visually compelling content, avatar based video assets, and reflective activities to uncover common bias patterns and their real impact.
